This rating is a guide only and adds enjoyment while researching for your property.
The ratings are as follows for example;
- Water saving devices
- Energy saving globes
- Solar hot water
- Gas connected
- Rain water tanks
- Tinted windows
- External plumbing from tanks
- Internal plumbing from tanks
- Solar power panels
- Wind power
- Excess energy converted to the grid
- Vegetable garden
- Insulation Bats
There is no order in the rating. The property could have a rating of 2..., 5..., or 8.... which means that there is 2, 5 or 8 household energy saving devices included in the sale which is great for the environment.
