Fees
Certain fees you will encounter could include:
- A registration fee of $220.00 (includes GST) on signing the buyer's agreement. This is a commitment that you are actually buying a property.
- A flat fee - this fee is for searching, locating, evaluating, negotiating and purchasing (exchange of contracts)
- Residential flat fee of $5,500.00 includes GST - this fee is payable on exchange of contracts
- Rural flat fee of $7,700.00 includes GST - this fee is payable on exchange of contracts
- Properties over $1,000,000.00 negotiable (residential or rural)
- A termination fee of $220.00 includes GST given a time frame (buyer's agreement)
- Attend auction on your behalf (within the Manning Valley), success fee of $770.00 includes GST or unsuccessful fee of $220.00 includes GST
- Attend auction on clients behalf within New South Wales - fee is negotiable
