Services provided by us include:
- Search, locate and inspect for you "our client" a selection of properties matching your criteria (wish list) from an exclusive database of private sellers and real estate agencies, and to introduce you to the owners or owner's agents.
- Negotiate on behalf of our client. This service is to achieve the lowest possible price in today's market with any special conditions.
- Arrange private inspections and attend open houses that suit your criteria (wish list) and report back to you "the client".
- Negotiate pre-auction if you wish and/or attend the auction/register and bid on your behalf to a limit and exchange if successful.
- We will travel anywhere in NSW to attend an auction on your behalf.
