• A buyer's agent is Licensed with Office of Fair Trading (NSW)
• A buyer's agent represents a prospective purchaser in buying real estate.
• A buyer's agent carries all necessary insurances
• A Real Estate Agency can sell and advertise property for a vendor and act as a buyer's agent exclusively for "the buyer". There are two completely different agreements as long as only one commission or fee is charged and there is no conflict of interest.
